Easy-to-grow and fast-growing leafy vegetables. Fresh leaves with a slightly spicy flavour are used for eating. Cultivated for spring and autumn harvests – sown in the garden bed. It can also be grown in pots and trays. Sowing in mid-summer is not recommended.
