4770168928961
Seeds for the production of young leaves – microgreens. Microgreens are used to flavour or decorate food dishes. Seeds are sown throughout the year in nurseries or shallow boxes – germinated in a peat tablet, on sterile fibre or other specially adapted growing medium. Eaten without roots. Pepper microgreens are crunchy and juicy and have a mild spiciness reminiscent of horseradish or mustard.
