Seeds for the production of young leaves – microgreens. Microgreens are used to flavour or decorate food dishes. Seeds are sown throughout the year in nurseries or shallow boxes – germinated in a peat tablet, on sterile fibre or other specially designed growing medium. Edible without roots. Radish microgreens are crisp and juicy with a mild, savoury flavour.
